All products are shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping is standard service, unless noted during the order process. Wild River Flies guarantees that we will ship your order, and supply you with evidence that your order has been processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be received and, once processed, set to a status of “Completed,” at which point your order will be shipped and your transaction of choice will be applied and completed. Unless alternative shipping methods are offered and selected, the default shipping method (via USPS) will apply. Package insurance may be available at an added cost during checkout and will not be applied by default.
Without package insurance we make no guarantee of delivery, as that service is provided by the United States Postal Service, and further by any postal system operating during the delivery of an order. We do not guarantee delivery by the date quoted to us during shipment, nor do we guarantee the delivery against damage. Any lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed packages are the responsibility of the customer, except for packages covered as indicated above by package insurance. If your order does arrive damaged, visit our Return Policy page to receive information on exceptions to this rule and file a claim if appropriate.
Any delivery failures due to inaccurate, incomplete, or missing delivery information attached to the order will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of resending the shipment using correct information. Should you realize an error has been made in regards to delivery address during checkout, please notify us immediately via email at ContactUs@mywildriverflies.com and we will do our best to modify the order specifications prior to shipping.
